The item has been classed as Grade C - The item is in fair cosmetic condition, with visible signs of wear, such as dents, multiple scratches, screen discolouration or scuffs. It has been thoroughly tested and is in full working order.

The device could have some parts replaced (e.g. back cover, screen), therefore serial numbers could vary.

Our price includes UK delivery. Orders placed before 12pm on a weekday will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 12pm on a weekday or at the weekend will be shipped the following working day. All products are shipped from the United Kingdom.

New and used items come with a 60 day warranty, which also covers manufacturer defects or part failure. Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days since purchase. Please note: we do not accept any returns for any reason on items sold as faulty / not working. Please do not return any items without first contacting us to receive your returns authorisation form.

We will only use your data to provide the requested service. We will only share your data with 3rd parties to ensure the execution of this service. This will usually only be couriers. We currently use Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, DHL and UPS, but this is subject to change without notice. We will never use your data for targeted advertising. Your data will remain in our systems for the standard eBay duration, which is currently 90 days, or for the length of the warranty on your purchase, whichever is longer.
