Up for sale is Department 56 Dickens' Village Series "Nephew Fred's Flat," item #5557-3. This retired piece was produced from 1991–1994 and is no longer in production. Handpainted porcelain lighted building inspired by Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. Original box included. A classic addition to any Dickens' Village display or Christmas village collection.
