Product Description

Heavy-duty adjustable levelling feet supplied complete with tee nut insert — designed for fast, tool-free installation into wood, MDF, plywood and furniture panels.
The barrel tee nut is driven into a pre-drilled hole and expands to grip the material; the levelling foot screw thread then adjusts height for a perfectly level finish.
Ideal for kitchen cabinets, workshop benches, office furniture, wardrobes, shelving units, machinery bases and any application requiring a stable, adjustable floor contact point.
Foot pad is made from tough engineering-grade polyamide (PA66) — durable, chemical-resistant and low-friction for easy adjustment under load.
Stainless steel or zinc-plated bolt depending on variant. Threaded insert is zinc-plated carbon steel for strong grip and corrosion resistance.
Wide base distributes load evenly and prevents sinking into soft flooring.

How to Fit — Quick Installation Guide

Step 1: Drill a hole in the base panel to match the tee nut barrel diameter (refer to tee nut size markings).
Step 2: Press or tap the tee nut into the hole from the inside of the panel. The flanged prongs grip the material and prevent rotation.
Step 3: Thread the levelling foot bolt up through the tee nut from below.
Step 4: Adjust height by turning the foot base — no tools required once installed.
Tip: For soft timber or MDF, apply a small amount of wood glue around the tee nut barrel before insertion to maximise pull-out resistance.

⚠ Load Ratings — Important Note:
The 38mm base feet are rated to 100 kg per foot. A pack of 4 will support up to 400 kg total distributed load. The 50mm base feet are rated to 450 kg per foot. Always use the correct quantity of feet to stay within the rated load per foot. Ratings are for static compressive loads on a stable, level surface.
