The speed controller is in excellent cosmetic condition and appears unused. The original wires remain tied as shown in the photos and no installation marks are visible. The original box and instruction sheet are included.

The outer box shows storage wear, age-related marks and minor damage consistent with long-term storage. The speed controller itself remains in very good condition.
