■ Customs

2. In Holding in your local customs • If your parcel is held in your local customs, you will have to contact your local customs and post office. If you need the documents to clear the customs, please contact me and I will provide them after checking with my courier. • If the parcel is returned due to refusal to pay import tax or unsuccessful delivery (e.g., insufficient address information, no such receiver, etc.), I will charge for all shipping costs and 5% of the total price. • If the item is discarded due to unpaid customs duties in the relevant country, refunds will not be possible.

■ Return Policy • Any issue to return, you can return it to me within 14 days of receipt of your item. Before returning, please contact us immediately via eBay message so that our customer service team will gladly contact you for further arrangement upon your request. • As soon as I receive the returned product, the refund will be processed. Refund is applicable according to the conditions below:
