Usage & Care Tips

Before installation, preheat the nozzle to the filament melting temperature before removing or installing. This prevents residual filament inside the nozzle from cooling and solidifying, which could affect installation accuracy.

Different nozzle diameters require corresponding parameter settings. After changing the nozzle, adjust parameters such as nozzle diameter, layer height, and line width in your slicing software to ensure optimal print quality.

After printing, it is recommended to perform a filament retraction / unloading operation to clear any residual filament from the nozzle. This prevents clogging caused by solidified filament. Regularly use cleaning tools to remove carbonized buildup from the inner wall of the nozzle.

Avoid printing with highly abrasive filaments containing metal particles, carbon fiber, or similar materials. These can scratch the inner wall of the nozzle and affect extrusion quality. If the nozzle becomes clogged, try clearing it by heating the nozzle and pushing filament through, or replace it with a new nozzle.
