A warm vintage Longines crafted in solid 18k rose gold, this circa 1940s dress watch is distinguished by its sharply faceted fixed lugs and elegant Calatrava-inspired profile. The rose gold case houses a matching-number manual-wind caliber 23M movement, while the unsigned crown remains correct to the period.
The rose-toned dial has developed a pleasing speckled patina over time, accented by printed baton and Roman hour markers, blued-steel hands, and a subsidiary seconds register partially intersecting the 6 o'clock marker. We paired the watch with a dark blue peccary leather strap that folds neatly around the fixed bars, providing a subtle contrast to the warmth of the case.
Full of character and honest age, this is a vintage Longines where the beautifully sculpted case takes centre stage.
