Pre-Owned / Tested for Power. The unit has been tested with fresh batteries and powers on perfectly. As shown in the photos, the digital LCD display is clear, functional, and cycles through its standard startup menu screens (including "USER SET", "MEMORY", and "EXIT"). The included red MEMo chip seats firmly into the top of the device. Please note: Test strips are NOT included and will need to be purchased separately to run active blood tests.
