Returns Policy

• 1. We accept returns within 30 days when the buyer receives merchandise. All returned items must be in original condition (unused in any way) and with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  2. If the item is defective upon receipt, the customer has up to 30 days from the date of receipt for an exchange or refund. If this item is in your possession more than 30 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement. 
  3. If you need to return, please contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures or video for confirmation. For defective or damaged items, please provide as many problem details as possible, we will consider waive return and ship replacement items or issue a full refund to you directly after the problem is confirmed.
