The medical-grade gel is soft yet durable, providing 3mm of cushioning that compresses slightly under pressure for a custom fit. The adhesive layer bonds firmly to the inside of your shoe (leather, synthetic, canvas) but removes cleanly without residue. For best results, clean the shoe area with alcohol before applying, and press firmly for 30 seconds. Hand wash with mild soap and air dry to restore adhesive. Finally, a solution for shoes that are just half a size too big – without the bulk.
