Thank you for your interest in this item. I am an eBay craft and fabric reseller, not a fabric or needlepoint shop. Many of my kits, charts and fabrics were purchased from brick-and-mortar shops that closed doors. Due to storage at that shop and subsequently, the original packaging may show wear or may have been replaced. No flaws unless stated. Sorry, kits, charts and patterns are not returnable. Everything you purchase from my inventory is guaranteed.
