PRIME MEDICAL AUCTIONS Important Information - Please Read Before Bidding

All items are sold as seen and as described in the listing. Please review the full description and all photographs carefully before placing a bid, as the photos form part of the item description.

Condition

Unless otherwise stated, items are sold in the condition shown. Where possible we provide accurate descriptions, however bidders are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the condition, specification, and suitability of the item before bidding.

Consumable Items

Consumable or single-use medical supplies are sold as seen. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted on consumable items unless the item is materially different from the description in the listing.

Expiry dates, where applicable, are shown in the photographs or description when available.

Used Medical Equipment

Where used medical equipment is sold, it may require servicing, calibration, or certification before clinical use. Buyers are responsible for ensuring items are installed, maintained, and used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and applicable regulations.

International buyers: Shipping / Freight Terms

Prime Medical Auctions welcomes both UK and international buyers.

Unless otherwise stated, items are sold on an Ex Works (EXW) basis from Hook, Hampshire, UK. Buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for collection, shipping, export/import documentation, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and insurance.

A handling and packaging surcharge of £10.00 is applicable to all international orders. Please be advised that this fee strictly covers packaging requirements and does not include postage or freight charges.

Collection is by appointment only during normal business hours. Loading assistance may be available for larger items where possible.

International buyers are welcome to arrange their own courier or freight forwarder. Please contact us prior to purchase if dimensions, weights, or pallet information are required.

Goods will only be released once cleared funds have been received.

Please ensure all delivery and import requirements for your country are checked prior to purchase. Unless otherwise agreed, all international shipments are sold EXW (Ex Works) 

Buyers are responsible for ensuring they can legally import the goods into their country, including obtaining any required licences, permits, customs approvals, payment of duties/taxes, and compliance with local medical device regulations.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, not cleared through customs, or returned to sender, all original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, storage fees, and associated losses remain the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will only be considered once the goods have been safely returned and inspected.

Returns

Returns are only accepted where an item is significantly not as described in the listing.
