• We will provide a FedEx or DHL return label. 
• Buyers should personally drop off the return package at a designated FedEx/DHL Drop-off Location or ServicePoint, as we do not offer pickup services. 
• The physical condition of the returned item must be the same as its original condition (excluding cases of DOA, or Dead on Arrival).  We will provide clear photos of the item taken prior to the start of the return process.

Important Notice Regarding Order Cancellation:

• In most cases, eBay automatically calculates and collects duties/taxes at checkout. However, if your order is processed without tax prepayment, providing a valid TAX ID (e.g., IOSS, EORI, or ABN Code) is strictly mandatory for shipments to the EU, Australia, and the United States.  If this required tax identification is not provided to us, your order will be cancelled immediately.
• Any orders placed from regions or countries outside our shipping coverage will be cancelled without prior notice.
