This product is precision-machined from 7-series aerospace-grade aluminum using an imported five-axis machining center, achieving a machining accuracy of 0.005 mm. It is not produced via die-casting; instead, it undergoes a hard anodizing process, resulting in a uniform surface finish free of scratches and burrs. The product operates smoothly without any abnormal noises. To ensure sealing performance and durability, all components—including O-rings and springs—are made from imported parts, with the exception of the magnetic sensor. Each unit undergoes pressure retention and operational testing prior to shipment. We conduct random inspections on every batch, with durability testing reaching 2 million cycles. During testing, the product demonstrates stable performance and flawless repeatable positioning accuracy.
