Payment
Payment must be completed within 24 hours of purchase. Orders are not dispatched until payment is confirmed.
Shipping
We use Royal Mail for all orders. Items are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping costs are shown in the listing. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns
We accept returns of undamaged, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Contact us via eBay messaging to start the process. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error. Refunds issued within 2 days of receiving the item.
