Order Tracking: Each item will have a unique tracking code, which may vary depending on the product type.
The product is like authentic.
Orders Shipped but Not Received: Please contact your local shipping company directly using the information we provide for the quickest assistance.
Difficult Delivery Address: If delivery to your address is not possible, the order will be sent to the nearest post office.
Order Cancellation: We regret that we cannot cancel orders after the product has been shipped.
Address Change: If you update your address via DHL/FedEx, any resulting fees will be your responsibility.
We are willing to assist with payments if:
Received the wrong product/size/address (different from the customer's shipping address)
Printing error (blurred, misaligned, faded)
Incorrect size (deviation >3cm for clothing, >3mm for footwear)
Incorrect color
Damaged product
Failure to contact the order
Order tracking stops updating after 20 days
Order has not been contacted for more than 30 days (for standard shipping)
Complaint Instructions

- Clear photos/videos of the product taken in natural light
- Photos of the defect (if any)
- A screenshot of the complaint
- For incorrect size: Please remeasure with a ruler
Complaint acceptance time: Within 15 days from the date the order shows "Delivered".
