This is a lot of mid 1940's Valentine's featuring transportation / vehicles.  The bicycle and large car with girls driving are mechanical, possibly German.  The girl's hat on the bike goes up and down when the front wheel is turned to reveal the message.  The girl's hat and arm for the girl in the car move when you move the "For You" flowers by the hood.  The other vehicles have no moving parts and are marked Made in USA.  All of them are signed on the back.
