Offered here is a very rare original 1900's matchbook with a label that reads "Goldfield Club Saloon Winter & McNulty Goldfield, Nevada. Measures 2.25 x 1.50 x .75. As found in the Mohawk Mine 'dump shaft' by a well known Nevada Mining Artifact Collector, now sadly passed. Also includes a copy of an article written on the dump shaft in Issue No, 8 of the Collectors' Mining Review that will be sent with the matchbox. A wonderfully rare piece of Goldfield Saloon history, from back when it was a booming mining camp. Thanks for looking!
