The console is the US version and works as it should, not sure if the 3d part is working properly but i could not play with it on without messing with my eyes; so i used it without the 3d on.

The screens have some scratches but not noticeable when on.

The bottom of the console has heavy wear and the top has some areas on the corners that are also black. All should show in the pictures provided.

The stylus is a replacement but comes with its official nintendo charger.
