Zucchini White-fruited - early ripe (40-45 days) high-yielding variety for cultivation in open and closed soil. A powerful plant with short side shoots, grows in a bush. Cylindrical fruits weighing 0.6-1.0 kg, pale green, almost white in color, with delicate light cream flesh, pleasant to the taste. The variety is valued by gardeners and farmers for its high resistance to bacteriosis, good tolerance to weather stresses. The fruits go well with any culinary dishes, pastries, vegetable caviar, taste good in salted, pickled and canned form, suitable for freezing.
