19th century antique historical medical instrument known as fleam, bloodletting tool, these were used from 18th century through the 19th century to bleed patients (both humans and animals), it consists of brass steel  casing, holding 3 blades graduated in sizes, the largest one is marked with letter "R", it is in good used original condition, with traces of life.
