Pick-up Hours of Operation: 

Pickup hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT, with a daily closure from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM for lunch.

Please note that same-day pickup is NOT available. Orders paid for after 6am, will not be available until the following business day. We kindly ask that you contact us in advance to schedule your pickup time. Due to limited storage capacity, orders must be picked up within 7 days of payment. Orders not collected within this timeframe may be subject to cancellation.

Shipping:

Our shipping business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding all major holidays.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date of payment.
