1999 NEAR MINT condition  (there is ULTRA ULTRA LIGHT general storage wear, with a TINY CREASE in the upper left corner tip  BUT STILL EXTREMELY NICE & ULTRA CLOSE TO MINT) THIS HAS NEVER BEEN DISPLAYED IN ANYWAY AT ALL, but has been folded on at the bottom perforation  (and still complete with the double stick tape unused with the paper cover strip unpeeled)  (the top edge is die cut slightly to appear to be a file folder)
