This has Manual Gas Inflation, meaning you have to pull on the Yellow toggle, which then inflates the jacket from a gas cartridge.  I also have a spare gas cartridge to go with it.  The jacket can also be topped up manually through an oral inflation tube.

It was bought when I had a boat, which I no longer have.  This was one of a number of lifejackets I acquired and thankfully was never needed.  I would guess its about 15-20 years old.
