If an item arrives damaged take photos of package and at least 4 photos of damage so that I may make a claim for you. No money will be refunded without proof.
No shipping cost will be refunded per mailing service policy. {USPS, UPS, FedEx}
Most items are from my personal collection, family or friends or from resell outlets. {thrift shops, flea markets, yard sales} Little or no knowledge of where an item was stored, pets, or smoking situations are unknown ~ unless it is from my personal collection.
All items will be in working condition unless otherwise stated. I can only comment on if it is working at time of listing with no guarantee of life/working condition after that. Again, no returns accepted.
