Vienna 1905.

He created numerous illustrations for newspapers and magazines as well as for calendars, children's books and fairy tale books. He worked for Flying Leaves, Meggendorfer Leaves, Die Muskete, Mocca and Faun, among others. Part of Elleder's drawings and writing estate were acquired by the graphic artist and illustrator Bernhard Oberdieck, whose website offers a clear selection of Elleder's graphic work. This significantly led to Elleder's rediscovery by the literary scholar Andreas Weigel and the Garser Zeitbrücke Museum.
