SABL 132 ED 1 Beethoven Symphony No. 3 Bruno Walter, UK Philips Plum Label Hi-Fi-Stereo

The Columbia Symphony Orchestra conducted by Bruno Walter perform Beethoven’s “Symphony No. 3” (“Eroica”). An English stereo pressing on the Philips Label (SABL 132), the labels are plum coloured with sliver lettering and there is a “Hi-Fi-Stereo” logo. The record has some scuffs that do not sound and it is is of very good appearance and plays and sounds very well with a minimum of surface noise. The cover is excellent and the original inner bag has yellowed.
