This is a beautiful Elgin ladies pocket watch. Full trifold hunters case. Has the 3 color gold decorative designs on front and back. 37mm. Case is marked 188204. Movement 733520. Watch is not frozen but will not wind. Stem won't turn. Stem gear is not frozen but something is keeping it from winding. was working fine until taken to a "jeweler" for service and now it won't wind. Escapement rotates as should. In excellent condition showing only a few surface scratches that would polish out nicely.
