These vintage Miriam Haskell clip-on earrings feature a charming combination of faux pearls, glass beads detailed metal leaves, and textured silver-tone strawberries. Miriam Haskell was, and still is known specifically for their "fruit" collections from the mid- 20th century. The intricate wiring and use of baroque-style pearls are characteristic of this era and the talent of Miriam Haskell! These earrings are a more scarce and harder to find set from Miriam Haskell.
These earrings feature a cluster of faux pearls and glass beads surrounding detailed leaves at the top, from which a textured, heart-shaped strawberry dangles. They are primarily silver-tone metal with faux pearls and textured metalwork. Miriam Haskell typically used silver plate brass but I can be sure of what the metal actually is.
The "Haskell" marks on the back of each earring suggests these were made sometime in the 1970s.
CONDITION
