The VTG LTD Brown Ink 1973-74 Beswick Pottery "Mrs Tittlemouse" figurine is a small, hand-painted porcelain collectible from the Beatrix Potter series.  This iconic piece depicts a mouse character wearing a red and white striped blouse with a blue and white skirt. Made in the United Kingdom {England}, this figurine is a charming addition to any room, perfect for adults and collectors alike. This figurine has the brown-printed text alignment known to collectors as the BP-3b mark dating this piece to the very early 1970's. The base features a small handwritten painter's or inspector's number {45} alongside Beswick's signature little brown line art emblem.  Since this piece does not have a year printed on the base it falls into the early 1973-74 transitional "Brown Line" window. This cute figurine is a part of a Beatrix Potter collection in an estate of a collector. The pieces I will be listing have been kept behind glass in display cabinets for many years. Note: this figurine is in excellent condition.
