Can't say for sure if it's new--1994 Zippo Marlboro brass lighter with a cowboy on a bucking bronco along with the original box and paperwork. The wheel spins but doesn't make a connection with the ground. Condition can be seen in the pictures.  View closely before buying.  Thanks for looking!
