This is a 2-channel tube microphone preamp by DBX.  

Despite being a tube mic preamp, it delivers low-distortion, clear sound quality.  

Even with high gain settings, it resists distortion and faithfully amplifies the original sound.  

It also features an instrument input and digital output, making it a very versatile mic preamp.

As this is a used and older item, it shows normal signs of use such as scratches and dirt, but there are no issues with operation.
