Das Service Kit ist für Harley-Davidson Milwaukee-Eight Modelle ab 2017 ausgelegt und kombiniert alle wesentlichen Komponenten für einen vollständigen Ölwechsel mit zusätzlichen Wartungsteilen. Neben dem Motoröl umfasst das Set auch speziell abgestimmtes Primäröl für den Kupplungskasten sowie Getriebeöl in der passenden Viskosität für Big Twin Modelle. Ergänzt wird das Kit durch Zündkerzen, die auf die Anforderungen des M8 Motors abgestimmt sind.

Die enthaltenen Schmierstoffe sind an die jeweiligen Einsatzbereiche angepasst und berücksichtigen die unterschiedlichen Anforderungen von Motor, Primärtrieb und Getriebe hinsichtlich Schmierung und Temperaturverhalten. Die Verarbeitung der Komponenten ist auf eine einfache Anwendung im Rahmen regulärer Servicearbeiten ausgelegt. Das Kit eignet sich für Wartungsintervalle sowie für die technische Durchsicht vor längeren Fahrten. Vor der Verwendung sollte die Kompatibilität mit dem jeweiligen Modell und Baujahr überprüft werden.

Das Öl: Das Vspec 20W50 Mineralöl wurde entwickelt, um luftgekühlte Harley-Motoren zuverlässig zu schützen und eine langlebige, stabile Schmierung sicherzustellen, optimaler Schutz vor Ablagerungen, Verschleiß und thermischer Belastung – bei vergleichbarer Leistungsfähigkeit zum Harley Original-Öl (OEM-Öl 62600042). Es erfüllt oder übertrifft JASO MA/2 und API SM

 

Bitte beachten:
Ölwechsel gemäß den Serviceintervallen des Fahrzeugherstellers durchführen. Nicht mit synthetischen oder teilsynthetischen Ölen mischen, sofern nicht freigegeben. Entsorgung gemäß örtlichen Vorschriften.

 

Hinweis zur Altölentsorgung gemäß Altölverordnung:

Bei uns gekauftes Verbrennungs- oder Getriebeöl nehmen wir kostenlos in gleicher Menge zurück und entsorgen es fachgerecht. Rücknahme umfasst auch Ölfilter und beim Ölwechsel anfallende ölhaltige Abfälle (z. B. Lappen, Tücher). Hinweis: Altöl darf nicht mit anderen Flüssigkeiten (z. B. Bremsflüssigkeit, Kühlmittel) vermischt werden. Bei Kontamination, die eine aufwendige Entsorgung nötig macht, können Kosten entstehen! Die Rückgabe ist direkt im Versandlager möglich oder – bei Übernahme der Versandkosten – per Versand auf eigene Verantwortung. This service kit is designed for Harley-Davidson Milwaukee-Eight models from 2017 onwards and combines all essential components required for a complete oil service, including additional maintenance parts. In addition to engine oil, the kit also contains specially matched primary oil for the clutch case as well as transmission oil in the correct viscosity for Big Twin models. It is completed with spark plugs that are matched to the requirements of the M8 engine.

The included oils are formulated for their respective applications and take into account the different demands of engine, primary drive, and transmission in terms of lubrication and temperature resistance. All components are designed for straightforward use during regular service work. The kit is suitable for maintenance intervals as well as technical inspections before longer rides. Compatibility with the specific model and year should be checked prior to installation.

The oil: Vspec 20W50 mineral oil has been developed to reliably protect air-cooled Harley engines and ensure long-lasting, stable lubrication, optimum protection against deposits, wear, and thermal stress – with comparable performance to Harley original oil (OEM oil 62600042). It meets or exceeds JASO MA/2 and API SM Standards.
 

Please note:
Change the oil in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's service intervals. Do not mix with synthetic or semi-synthetic oils unless approved. Dispose of in accordance with local regulations.

Returns also include oil filters and oil-contaminated waste generated during oil changes (e.g., rags, cloths). Important: Used oil must not be mixed with other fluids (e.g., brake fluid, coolant). Contaminated oil requiring special disposal may incur additional costs!
