These are great mnml jeans for men that my best friend (her husband's) donated to me for my fundraiser. They are in new condition- she doesn't think he ever wore them. I did wash them however. 

They are a 34 / 32 and rise is about 9.5 inches. Great find and deal!

I also take great pride in making sure my items are pressed out, clean, polished, waxed, and packaged nicely. Most of my items are new / never worn. However, because I have had them in storage, I wash most of the items before listing them (some I do not, due to washing instructions, needing to be dry cleaned, or I would have to remove the tags - showing that they are new from the store). I don't sell worn out items, or items that are stained, snagged, missing buttons / broken, or have odors. If there is an imperfection that I am aware of I make notes of it in descriptions.
