For sale is Resident Evil for the Sega Saturn.

This is a disc only listing for the game. The case is just a standard DVD case with a paper cover I printed years ago, and it's rather cheap looking too.

The disc has some light scuffs but I never had any problems with it playing in my Sega Saturn. Though I haven't been able to play it in years so keep that in mind.
