SHIPPING & SERVICE

1.Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

2.Please check with your local customs office to confirm applicable fees before placing an order.

3.A valid contact phone number is required for all orders. Missing or incorrect contact information may cause delivery delays.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

1.Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer, and the item must be returned to our designated address.

2.Returned items must be unused, in original condition and with complete original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for items with missing parts or buyer-caused damage.

3.During the warranty period, replacement and repair parts are provided free of charge, but the buyer is responsible for related shipping costs.
