Offered for auction is this antique black silk collapsible top / opera hat.  The inside of the hat is marked Exposition Universelle 1900.  The edge of the hat's brim is frayed.  The ribbon around the base of the hat is creased and is not attached.  The silk has some scuffs.  The inside hat band is missing.

The size isn't marked on the hat.  I measured the hat's inside circumference (as best I could) and came up with about 22", which converts to about size 7.
