Beautiful item for a fan.  Have had it displayed for years so there is no COA or original packaging that has been found with this one. Only the printing on the bottom of the item as seen in the pictures.  Great item will be shipped priority mail or Fed Ex whoever will take better care of it.  This item has been displayed in a curio for years.  It is sold as is and there are no returns.  Please look at the pictures, I have tried to show everything.  But it is not new.  Any questions, please ask before purchase.
