This is an original June 1940  "If the Invader Comes" World War II leaflet issued by the British government in 1940. It was distributed to every household in Britain to prepare civilians for a potential German invasion. 

It instructed citizens to "Stay Put" and not flee their homes, as mass movement would block roads needed for the British Army. It also warned against believing or spreading rumours and emphasized obeying only true orders from trusted local authorities like policemen or ARP wardens.

This is one of the classic and most historically significant Home Front documents of the entire war.

In very good condition especially considering age, visible fold mark.
