The stamp issue is based on the story of Kherson farmer Oleksandr Hordiienko, who cleared hundreds of hectares of fields from mines and used an anti-drone rifle to destroy enemy drones. On September 5, 2025, he was killed when a Russian drone struck his vehicle.
