• Correct Direction: Ensure the Optical end goes to the TV and the HDMI end connects to the Sonos soundbar.

• HDMI Cable Required: You must use a separate standard HDMI cable to connect the adapter to the soundbar.

• TV Settings: Set your TV's audio output to "Optical" or "Digital Out" and ensure "PCM" or "Auto" is selected.

• App Detection: Open the Sonos app; the system should auto-detect the audio input once connected.

• One-Way Only: This adapter is unidirectional. It cannot convert HDMI ARC to Optical.

• Atmos Limitation: Due to the bandwidth limitations of the optical interface, Dolby Atmos and DTS:X are not supported.
