Payment Conditions:

Full Payment: Payment must be received in full before goods are shipped. We cannot process or ship orders until payment has been received and cleared.

Payment Deadline: Buyers are required to make payment within 4 calendar days of committing to purchase an item. Failure to make payment within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of the order.

Non-Payment Policy: Buyers who fail to make payment within the specified timeframe will be reported to eBay. This may result in the cancellation of the transaction and possible consequences for the buyer's eBay account.

Shipping Policy

At Amplified Stage, we strive to provide efficient and eco-conscious shipping solutions for our valued customers. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure your items reach you in a timely manner while also minimising our environmental impact.

Eco-Friendly Packaging: We are committed to sustainability and reducing waste. The majority of our packaging materials are either eco-friendly or recycled, allowing us to contribute positively to the environment while passing on savings to you, our customer.

Small & Medium Items: We offer FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class postage of small and medium items across the whole UK. Items MUST be less than 20Kg in weight and within the dimensions 61 x 46 x 46cm to comply. EXPRESS Royal Mail 24 and Special Delivery services are available for an additional cost.

Large & Heavy Items: For large and heavier items we employ different shipping providers. Items within 30Kg of weight and 120cm maximum length are sent by Parcelforce 48 or 24 services. Pallets and freight are shipped with a logistics broker. These services are offered FREE of charge to regions in Mainland UK. Additional charges will apply for customers in the Highlands & Islands.

Dispatch Time: We aim to ship all items within 2 business working days of receiving your order, excluding bank holidays. Our goal is to get your items to you as quickly as possible, while maintaining the highest standards of service.

International Shipping: For international orders, we utilise eBay's Global Shipping Program. This streamlined service ensures smooth customs clearance and reliable cost effective delivery to international destinations.

Damages & Losses: Damaged goods must be reported on the day of receipt. Parcels will only be deemed missing after 3 addtional days from the delivery window. A replacement item or full refund will be offered once evidence has been provided.

Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase on eBay. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer a comprehensive returns and refunds policy to ensure a hassle-free experience. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

3. Return Authorization: Prior to returning an item, buyers must contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RTA). Items returned without an RTA may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

4. Proof of Return Postage: It's important to keep proof of receipt for the return postage. This can help in case of any issues with the return process.

5. Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item, we will offer either a refund or a replacement item of similar value, subject to availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

6. Restocking Fee: For items that are returned and are not faulty, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers handling and processing costs.

7. Warranty: Brand new items purchased through eBay come with a 1-year warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or faults that may arise during normal use within the specified period.

8. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as consumables (e.g., batteries) or personal items (e.g., earphones), cannot be returned unless they remain sealed or are faulty. This ensures hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
