Has oxidation where the clear coat has worn off.  No scratches or gouges or cracks.

From the experience I have refinishing mag wheels - if you buffed this piece with aluminum polish, then a couple of coats of the high quality clear laquer in the rattle can - the one they sell for refinishing wheels - you would have a real winner, if you wanted it.
