The machine stops working and shows E0. What's up?
E0 error usually results from two reasons: either the sealing lid behind the transparent bucket isn't installed, or the transparent bucket isn't fastened properly.
Is it okay if the machine makes buzzing or rattling sounds?
Buzzing during ice - making (from the compressor) is normal. Rattling? Likely too little sugar (e.g., sugar - free cola) causes ice to jam the stirrer. Add liquid to melt ice and clean if needed.
Why can't my slushie machine turn ingredients into slush, no matter how long it runs?

Why is the spout leaking?

Why does the machine say 70oz but mine is 54oz?
70oz is the tank’s max storage; 54oz is the safe max for adding liquid.
