The Fine Print...

Shipping:
We generally ship in 24 hours, Fridays, holidays and weekends excluded. Shipping is based on weight and destination just like at the post office. We do not pad or mark up shipping in any way.

Combined Shipping:
We combine shipping charges for items purchased or won within a 3 day period. We refund any overages charged by eBay in excess of $1. International Purchases: Import duties, taxes, tariffs and any other charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not mark items as “gifts” for customs purposes. U.S. and International government regulations prohibit such behavior as does eBay. We participate in eBay's International Shipping (EIS) program.

Free Shipping:
To qualify for free shipping:
* The order must be shipped within the U.S., including U.S. Territories.
*The order must total $50 or more before shipping and after any discounts.

Packaging:
All items offered by Cat's Magical Shoppe are new! You will receive it exactly as it comes to us from the manufacturer or vendor. You can rest assured that even if your item comes with no wrapping, it is new and has never been used prior to arriving in your hands. Special Note: The exterior packaging of your item may have been previously used. Cat's Magical Shoppe takes care to leave the lightest footprint and least damage to our earth, thus we recycle boxes where we can. We would appreciate you reusing and recycling any materials that come with your purchase.

Returns:
Returns and exchanges permitted within 30 days of receipt of item with prior authorization. Returns and exchanges may be made for any reason.
