Delivery

We process orders within 1 working day of receiving payment. Orders placed before 2 pm are usually dispatched the same day. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you’ll receive a dispatch email with your tracking details. After dispatch, please allow up to 3 working days for delivery.

Returns

Lizard Tech offers a 30‑day returns policy on all Certified Open Box items. For these listings, the seller will cover the cost of return postage regardless of the reason for return. If a product is found to be faulty or defective within the guarantee period stated in the listing, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.

What the guarantee covers

The guarantee applies to manufacturer faults only and does not cover:

• Damage caused by any substance
• Intentional damage or misuse
• Damage from drops or intentional mistreatment
• Cracked screens
• Damage caused by attempting repair or modification (including jailbreaking, unlocking, or hardware upgrades)
• Improper use of accessories (e.g., chargers or headphones)
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches, reduced battery life)

Please keep your invoice safe — Acer may request this as proof of purchase for any claim. The guarantee is valid from the original date of purchase; if an exchange is issued, the warranty does not restart.

Change of mind

• Please contact us firstly. You can then open a change of mind return request for this through ebay directly
• Returns for remorse or change of mind are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories (where applicable).
• Contact us via eBay Messages for the return address and instructions.
• Buyer is responsible for return postage costs (except Certified Open Box listings, where return postage is covered as noted above).

Item not as described / damaged on arrival / faulty / missing parts

• Please contact us via eBay Messages within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange the next steps.
• We’ll provide clear instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
• Please retain proof of postage for any returned parcels.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and process your refund. We aim to complete refunds within 48 hours of receipt. During busy periods this may take a little longer, but refunds will always be issued within 6 working days in line with eBay Managed Returns.

12‑Month Warranty

Unless stated otherwise on the listing, every product is covered by a full 12‑month manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware faults that occur in normal use during the first year.

Proof of Purchase

We include a digital VAT invoice with every order showing the purchase date, price and VAT details. Keep this invoice safe, as some manufacturers request it for warranty claims. If you misplace it, just contact us — we can provide a replacement or email a digital copy.

Damage on Delivery

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.

How to Get Help

If a fault develops within the first 30 days, contact us via eBay Messages and we’ll help with troubleshooting and putting things right. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer to start a warranty claim — they’ll arrange the appropriate repair or replacement. If your claim is rejected or you run into any issues, get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to assist.
