If the reader cannot send a signal to the access controller when connected to WG26, the door cannot be opened.

Please make adjustments according to the following two options:

1. Directly take the power from the controller, just connect four wires, power supply 12V+ GND+D0 +D1

2. The reader is powered separately, and the GND needs to be connected to the GND next to D0 D1 of the controller
