Installation precautions
Be sure to use specialized tools: these are the core components of the engine, and there must be tools such as piston rings, compressors, torque wrenches, etc. Don't force them.
Cleaning work should be done well: before installation, thoroughly wipe off any old oil sludge and carbon deposits in the cylinder, piston, and crankcase, leaving no impurities.
Install the piston rings in order: The openings of the piston rings should be staggered by 120 °, and should not be installed in reverse or overlapping, otherwise it will burn oil and leak air.
Tighten the screws according to the specified force: The cylinder head screws should be tightened diagonally in multiple times, and not tightened all at once, otherwise the cylinder head will deform and leak coolant.
It is necessary to run in according to the requirements: do not forcefully press the accelerator or rev up the engine for the first 50 kilometers after installation, and run at the manufacturer's specified running in speed.
It is not recommended to install it yourself without experience: it is recommended to find a professional mechanic to operate it.
2、 Common Problems&Solutions
Unable to start after installation, check if the opening position of the piston ring is correct; Confirm that the timing chain is installed properly and the valve is not bent at the top
Check if the cylinder gasket is installed backwards or leaking due to unstable idle and weak power; Confirm that the spark plug model and clearance are correct
Burning engine oil, emitting blue smoke from the exhaust pipe, and installing piston rings in reverse or overlapping openings; There are scratches on the inner wall of the cylinder, please recheck the installation of the piston ring
The coolant leaked into the cylinder and the cylinder gasket was not tightened or installed incorrectly; The cylinder head screws were not tightened diagonally according to the torque
Loud noise, knocking sound, piston pin or connecting rod not installed properly; The cylinder head screw is loose, stop the machine immediately for inspection
