Mattel Barbie “Brave Strong Beautiful” , a special limited edition doll created to represent children experiencing hair loss due to conditions such as alopecia or treatments like chemotherapy. I bought her at auction, she is without a box but I think she has all the original pieces still attached to the back cardboard.
