All of my items will be packaged, where possible, with re-cycled materials, sent within a card stiffener to provide protection in the post but I cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage in the post. ITEMS SHIPPED AT BUYERS RISK.

I will ALWAYS OBTAIN A PROOF OF POSTING CERTIFICATE and all items will be dispatched with standard postage. Should an item be damaged or 'lost in the post' then YOU CAN initiate a claim with the Royal Mail. Unfortunately, I cannot accept responsibility for any item damaged or 'lost in the post'. I can supply you with a copy of the certificate of posting to assist you in your claim.

Being disabled I rely on others taking me to the Post Office. If you are not happy with your item you can return it at your own cost, within 14days, and I will refund the original purchase price excluding p&p. Items normally shipped off stock cards.
